Electric mobility, charging infrastructure
Watture is an electric mobility consulting and project management firm. They offer expertise and guidance when it comes to charging infrastructure (planning, development & deployment), integration of electric mobility & renewables, spatial planning, policy development and evaluation.
I´ve just started in a project management role and will be explaining about my experiences in a couple of weeks.
Digitalisation, industrial energy users, energy market model
Energy21 digitilises and optimises energy processes at both energy companies and industrial energy users in Europe.
I helped Energy21 in the process of shifting their proposition towards active and expert guidance when it comes to digitalisation. Part of this process was the incorporation of a new value stream (industrial energy users) both internally and externally. Also, we have delivered various consultancy projects concerning new energy market models.
Michiel Kuiper, CCO:
“For almost 2 years Anouk was part of our team as an advisor, a guide and an enthusiastic professional. She … took ownership to realize the objectives together with our team [and] … she also helped us to actively share our experience and expertise throughout Europe.”
european energy infrastructure, cyber security, data / information sharing
The European Energy - Information Sharing and Analysis Centre (EE-ISAC) aims to improve the cybersecurity and resilience of the European energy infrastructure through trust-based security information sharing. Stakeholders include Alliander, Siemens, EDP, Accenture, EVN and Enel.
On assignment for Alliander, I helped the board of EE-ISAC to launch this new centre, establish an organisation structure that facilitates sharing of sensitive information and to gain a trusted position within the industry. Also, I've orchestrated the international launch campaign including a launch event linked to EUW15.
Johan Rambi, Former Chair EE-ISAC:
"...With her enormous drive to perfection ... and structured way of working Anouk was indispensable for us ... the launch of EE-ISAC wouldn't have been successful without her contribution. ... It has been a pleasure to work with Anouk!"
Aggregator, price optimisation, wind energy, EV
I was asked to advice on & market Priogen's new business activities as their ambitions went beyond creating value from short term price fluctuations. This former energy trading firm wanted to take up the role of aggregator.
I helped Priogen transforming from being an internal communication focused trading firm towards developing a business strategy aimed to facilitate their new role in the European energy landscape.
Bart de Brouwer, Head of New Business:
"Anouk has been a fantastic help in our transition … she has been a great guide in this process. … [helping us to] avoid pitfalls along the way."
network infrastructure, digital asset management
Netinium's software platform helps network operators to manage their smart meters and create an automated network infrastructure. This allows them to monitor their LV grid based on smart meter data.
This assignment was rather marketing focused as I helped Netinium change their proposition towards asset management and network innovation in the run up towards European Utility Week 2018.
Ferry Cserep, CEO:
“Anouk is a great professional who helped us improve our strategic and tactical marketing insights … . She is a wonderful person to work with, enthusiastic, highly organized and with an eye for detail and a relentless drive.”
European utility week, event project management
April, 2015 - One of the most expensive mistakes you can make while using B2B exhibitions in your marketing strategy is to limit your investment to buying a stand. That’s true even if your stand 'stands out' due to an extravagant design or impressive size. Actually, in such cases the investment is even more a waste of money.
The limits of what an event organiser can do
Too many companies participating in events think this marketing tool consists of two steps: one, buy a stand, and two, do business on the exhibition days. Read the full article.....
Data analysis, outage prevention, digitalisation
During my time at Energyworx, I was focusing on shifting current sentiments around cloud technology and promoting thought leadership when it comes to big data analytics.
For example, this Accenture report explains how the results of data analytics can be used to improve grid reliability. However, what is lacking is the acknowledgement of the fact that not only the outcome of the analysis has an important effect on your ROI. Also how how the process of data analysis is being implemented within an organisation greatly influences the ROI.
